Villa Toma
Villa Toma is the jewel in our crown and provides any investor with an exciting project. Phase One of the development is already complete and includes 3 magnificent villas and a stunning pool area that contains a two bedroom apartment, office and a laundry room. These are already registered with for tourism purposes so you can begin renting them immediately.

Phase 1
Phase 1 of Villa Toma consists of three large four bedroom houses that are already complete. Each house has a terrace and a balcony with stunning sea views.
There is also a fabulous pool area that contains a two bedroom apartment underneath along with a laundry and manager's office.

Phase 2
Phase 2 will consist of two more accommodation blocks. The second block will be similar to the existing block and over looking the pool, while the second block will have three apartments and another villa.
Once complete Villa Toma could have close to 40 bedrooms available to the rental sector.
