Project Bijaka
Project Bijaka is a major waterfront development opportunity in Milna on the island of Brač.
The proposed development incorporates a 150-bedroom hotel, 23 villas and a range of supporting hospitality and leisure facilities, including a marina, restaurants and bars, swimming pools, landscaped areas and waterfront amenities.
The project represents the largest development opportunity within the Anlim Investments portfolio.
The Hotel
The proposed hotel comprises approximately 150 bedrooms together with the supporting facilities required for a substantial resort development.
The current project has been designed around a five-star hotel concept, while the final hotel configuration and operating model can be considered by a purchaser as part of the wider development strategy.
The Villas
The proposed development includes 23 villas situated alongside the hotel component of the project.
The villas range from three to five bedrooms and incorporate private pools and additional accommodation suitable for uses such as gym, office or ancillary space. A number of the villas occupy particularly prominent positions close to the waterfront.

Amenities
The wider development incorporates substantial hospitality and leisure facilities, including approximately 200 metres of waterfront, a marina for up to 20 boats, approximately 1,500 m² of restaurant and bar space, swimming pools, landscaped gardens and pedestrian areas.
