About Anlim Investments

Anlim Investments is a privately owned Croatian property investment and development company established in 2004.

Over the past 20 years, the company has acquired, developed and invested in residential property and development land across Dalmatia, with a particular focus on Split, Brač and the wider Split region.

​

The portfolio has included residential developments, apartments, villas and larger development projects. A selection of completed properties and development opportunities from the company's existing portfolio is now being offered for sale directly by the owner.
